Pricing, as well as the terms and conditions, are always subject to change.

♥ Payment is currently accepted via PayPal
♥ Prices are subject to change, but will not be changed as I’m working on commissions.
♥ All Commissions under 50USD must be paid in full prior to starting
♥ All Commissions over 50USD can be paid half upfront and the other half paid after the initial sketch is made.

♥ You cannot change your commission info drastically after payment.
♥ If a change is absolutely needed, there will be additional charges that range from 10% - 50% of the total price, depending on the complexity.
♥ If you would like to have the watermark removed, but NOT purchase commercial rights for the image provided by me, you will have to pay an additional +100% of the original price.

♥ I have the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I cancel a commission, I will give you a 100% refund.
♥ You may cancel a commission before payment is made.
♥ Once payment is completed, you only have 2 days to request a full refund, an additional 2 for a half refund.
♥ After 4 days of the payment, a refund will not be issued.

I (Ugyuun) reserve the right to all commissions. I hold the right to display, publish, distribute illustrations on all platforms, create physical copies, and profit off of my work through, but not limited to, merchandise.The following is NOT allowed:
♥ Reproducing the copyrighted work commercially
♥ Profiting off of the copyrighted work in any form
♥ Claiming to be the creator of the illustration
♥ Removal of artist's watermark/signature in any form.
♥ Using my artworks for AI of any kind.The following is allowed:
♥ Use the illustration for personal purposes.
♥ Posting the illustration online (requires credit via a link. )
♥ Printing the illustration into a physical form is permitted for personal use.
♥ Gifting the illustration (the receiver of the gift is given the same rights as the commissioner.)

Purchasing commercial rights will cause the commission price to be raised by 300%. By doing so, you (the commissioner) have the right to profit off of the custom illustration through any means.
