Pricing, as well as the terms and conditions, are always subject to change. I have every right to reject a commission whenever I see fit for any reason.

♥ Payment is currently accepted via PayPal only
♥ Prices are subject to change, but will not be changed mid project
♥ All Commissions under 50USD must be paid in full prior to drafting
♥ All Commissions that is / above 50USD must be paid half upfront and the other half paid after the final draft
☆editing☆
♥ You cannot change your commission details drastically after final payment.
♥ First two draft edits are free of charge, but all following edits thereafter will incur charges depending on it's complexity.
☆refunds☆
♥ I have the right to cancel your commission at any time. If I cancel a commission, I will give you a 100% refund.
♥ You may cancel a commission before payment is made.
♥ Once payment is completed, you have 2 days to request a full refund, an additional 3 for a half refund.
♥ After 5 days of the payment, a refund will not be issued.

I (Ugyuun) reserve the right to all commissions. I hold the right to display, publish, distribute illustrations on all platforms, create physical copies, and profit off of my work through, but not limited to, merchandise.The following is NOT allowed:
♥ Reproducing the copyrighted work commercially
♥ Profiting off of the copyrighted work in any form
♥ Claiming to be the creator of the illustration
♥ Removal of artist's watermark/signature in any form.
♥ Using my artworks for AI of any kind.The following is allowed:
♥ Use the illustration for personal purposes.
♥ Posting the illustration online (requires credit via a link. )
♥ Printing the illustration into a physical form is permitted for personal use.
♥ Gifting the illustration (the receiver of the gift is given the same rights as the commissioner.)
☆commercial rights☆
Purchasing commercial rights will cause the commission price to be raised by 500%. By doing so, you (the commissioner) have the right to profit off of the custom illustration through any means. This does not forfeit my right to post the image on my social media or use the image in other forms unless otherwise discussed. For more information or discussion, please contact me.
